Lemme Gummies Began as a Trio of Gummies and a Long Bath

Lemme gummies arrived in September 2022 as a trio of gummies, and the range has grown a lot since. Here is how I think about the whole range, the silk masks and bath soaks I pair with the evening ones, and the magnesium spray and bath oil that round out a slow night.

Lemme was introduced by Kourtney Kardashian Barker on September 12, 2022, and launched on lemmelive.com on September 27 of that year. She co-founded it with Simon Huck and Nir Liberboim, and it debuted with three gummies: Matcha, Chill and Focus. That first launch was small. The range has since grown into a proper shelf, and in January 2026 it reached about 2,000 stores across the country, which is how lemme gummies went from three gummies to a family.

The one I know best by name is Chill, which features KSM-66 Ashwagandha. That makes it a natural place to start if you have been curious about ashwagandha gummies and want a familiar format. Sleep Gummies are the one I think about at night, on the shelf next to a glass of water and a book. Take them the same way each day and give them a couple of weeks before you judge, since a habit needs repetition to register.

Debloat Gummies and Glow Gummies are named for what they are aimed at, so read the label for the actual ingredients and serving size. Purr Gummies and Focus Gummies round out the six here. Focus was in the original trio.

None of these replaces sleep, food or water. They are a small, pleasant habit, best kept consistent.

Masks and soaks for the evening

If the gummy is the start of the evening, the next step is making the room around it quieter. I have learned that I sleep better when the whole wind-down feels like a small event, and not just something I drift into on the couch with my phone.

Slip's Silk Sleepmask is the classic, cool against the face and gentle on hair and skin, and it blocks out the streetlight you forgot about. The Lovely Lashes Contour Sleep Mask is the one to try if your lashes tend to get squashed, since the contoured shape gives your eyes a little room. I keep one by the bed and one in my carry-on, and both make a hotel room feel like my own.

L'Occitane's Lavender Foaming Bath is exactly what the name promises: a soft lavender scent and a pile of bubbles, ideal for a Sunday night. HigherDOSE's Serotonin Soak is a magnesium bath salt made for muscle relaxation and a mood boost, and I use it after a long day on my feet.

Make the bath warm, not hot, and set a timer for twenty minutes so you do not fall asleep in it. Then put the phone in another room. That small trick makes more difference to how I sleep than anything on the shelf. If you share a bed, tell your partner the lights are going down at ten, and the whole thing becomes easier to keep. A dim lamp, a cool room and a tidy nightstand do the rest.

Magnesium, then a bath oil

The last part of the evening is the body. Two products here are quietly some of my favorites, and both are the kind of thing you use for a week before you decide you cannot skip them.

HigherDOSE's Magnesium Spray is made for muscle recovery, and it is a quick one to use after a workout or a long flight. Spray it on calves, shoulders or the back of the neck, rub it in, and expect a little tingle, which is normal and settles quickly. If it stings, rinse it off and try a smaller amount next time, or apply it to skin that has not just been shaved.

Kate McLeod's The Pebble is a solid bath and shower oil with cocoa butter, shaped like a smooth stone that you hold and glide over damp skin. It is a lovely object, and it takes away the need for a bottle on the edge of the tub. Run it over your arms and legs, pat dry, and skin feels softer without a heavy layer on top.

What I would skip: a hot, long bath right before bed if you have trouble falling asleep, because very hot water can leave you feeling wired, not drowsy. Also skip stacking several new products in the same night. Add one thing a week, and you will know what is working. Keep the pebble on a dry dish afterward so it does not soften, and store the spray away from the heat of the shower.

A wind-down I actually keep

Here is the routine I keep. Bath or shower first, then the body oil or magnesium spray, then the mask, and the gummy with a glass of water at the same time each night. It takes about half an hour, and it is a better ending to the day than another hour of scrolling.

Read every label, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition, and ask a doctor before you start a new supplement. Keep it short and steady, and skip the nights you do not feel like it. The ritual should feel like something you want to do. On travel days I pack the mask, the pebble and the gummies in one pouch, so the routine follows me and a strange hotel bed stops feeling so strange. Check in with yourself after a few weeks, and notice if you fall asleep more easily and look forward to the hour. If not, change the order, not the whole plan.
