Abroad Attire

Wide leg trousers, pleated midi skirts, soft blouses and a sleek ankle boot for dressing like you are wandering through a European city. Made for anyone who wants classic pieces they will really wear.

When I dress for a trip to Europe I pack the pieces that look the same on a cobblestone street as they do at dinner. Wide leg trousers, a midi skirt with some movement, a blouse that does not need ironing, and one pair of shoes I can walk in all day.

 

The Frankie Shop's Doyer trousers and the Vince wide leg pair do the heavy lifting, and a Massimo Dutti box pleat skirt gives me something with swing. I like a satin blouse tucked in, or Sanctuary's gingham one with sleeves that puff a little, and a knit dress from Theory when I want one piece and no thinking. The Vagabond Shoemakers Hedda boot keeps the whole thing grounded. Keep the palette to brown, black, cream and green and everything mixes.
